Description

Responsibilities

  • Review initial Project management instructions and supplied creative.
  • Review FPO to confirm all data fields were supplied by Data Processing.
  • Lay out customers creative in InDesign according to customer specifications and outputs for color and B/W digital printers.
  • Confirm layout is compliant with USPS postal regulations.
  • Utilize XMPIE to insert variable data into creative for digital inline printing.
  • Prepare Live Data proofs for customer review and approval.
  • Compose file for Digital printing.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
  • General knowledge of USPS addressing and barcode regulations a plus.
  • A minimum of one year XMPIE Program experience is a plus.
  • BCC Mail Manager experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • BA/ BS degree highly desired
  • Must be willing to learn new technologies
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must possess good decision-making skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and stay on target under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Background check and drug test required.
